Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

JB Esthetics Lash Supplies is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been shipped, JB Esthetics Lash Supplies is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, JB Esthetics Lash Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
